Everyone working there was friendly, professional and helpful. The location was across the street from a great mall, with a connected top notch supermarket and metro/underground station, across the street the other way from a small but well-stocked 24 hour convenience store, and very close by metro to the HK border. Especially given the price, my room was very comfortable with effective air conditioning and well worth what I paid. Everything I wanted. (I was totally comfortable through a +10 rated typhoon, for example). The setting was a bit more urban than I expected from the photographs, but don't take that as a criticism: the location is excellent, and probably better for being as urban as it is. I'll stay again if I'm in Shenzhen, with no hesitation at all. By the way, the mall has good western food as well as Asian food, including a small DQ, and a pizza place I very much enjoyed. If you like good Asian food, the place is surrounded by that.
